Kate Eastman

Kate graduated from New York University with a degree in Theater before earning her Masters in Drama from Juilliard. Kate worked as a Teaching Artist for Hudson Valley Shakespeare Education and Outreach, where she taught Shakespearean Text and Performance to elementary, middle and high school students. While at Juilliard, Kate traveled to Arusha, Tanzania with Art Powers Arusha, where she taught speech and reading comprehension at Umoja Tanzania, and conducted a week long Shakespeare in Performance course at International School Moshi. Kate works as an actor and acting coach, and enjoys writing, collaborative storytelling, and reading cookbooks for pleasure. She feels happiest when she is learning.
